White lily wedding cake
A traditional fruit cake. Decorated in hand made sugar white lilies and roses and fine royal icing work on the base of each tier. The cake is presented on a three tier staged stand,. Covered in the same martial as the bridle dress.

  

 

Specialist cake
This cake was made for the rock band queen. To celebrate there 20th anniversary. It consists of a rich chocolate cake filled with raspberry and cream, the monopoly board decorations and piece’s were all hand made in icing, with hand painted art work. Green sugar orchids decorates the corners.

  Wedding cake with a difference
this cake was also make for a celebrity. All features on this cake, music sheets and sea shells decorations are made of sugar. The sheets of music and the sea shell decorations have since been placed in a special glass case and is now mounted on the wall of there home.
  

 

Burberry man
Or brief for this cake was; a leaving cake for a reporter on a well known newspaper. He was best known for his Burberry coat. The condense of this cake was deviled chocolate with fudge icing.
